Manage NomaUBL roles: row-based grants stored in F564254, per-feature checkboxes (Settings access, Read-only mode), an add-row Companies table, and an Allowed Pages checklist with friendly labels reused from the sidebar i18n keys. Card list with copy / delete actions, expandable edit panel, Members tab listing every user assigned to the role.
