The NomaUBL home page — a 12-column widget grid with hero KPI cards (Total / In flight / Rejected — IT / Rejected — Business), pipeline funnel, volume chart, recent activity, stale invoices, top failing rules, per-company breakdown, e-reporting coverage and PA round-trip — all governed by a single date-range filter. Scheduler-health monitoring lives on the dedicated Tech Dashboard since 2026.05.6.
Tech Dashboard
Operational health page for the IT team: 14 widgets covering JVM heap, GC, threads and uptime, database ping, build info, filesystem free space and file counts, processing throughput, error trend, retry rate, template processing time, active sessions, live process events (START / END pairs from running jobs, plus inline errors), configuration check, database tables, recent errors, and the background scheduler. One round-trip per refresh, no auth required to render the system block.
E-Invoicing
The day-to-day NomaUBL invoice list — search, filter and inspect every invoice; open a detail view to consult parties, lines, VAT, lifecycle and PDF; edit, copy, resend or e-mail invoices; manually set a status.
E-Reporting
E-reporting declarations to the Plateforme Agréée — generate French flux 10.1 (B2C invoice detail) and flux 10.3 (B2BINT aggregated) for a chosen company, type and period; track each report's lifecycle, resend on demand, download the submitted XML.
E-Directory
Look up a French company in the INSEE registry by name, SIREN or SIRET, then check whether each match is reachable on the PPF directory for e-invoice delivery.
VAT Declaration
Aggregate every invoice for a period on the standard French CA3 form rows — sales / purchases × domestic / intra-EU / outside-EU × VAT rate × invoice type — with drill-down to the individual invoices behind each figure, and one-click Excel and CA3-formatted PDF exports.
Integration Errors
Failure-analysis tool over the validation table — by-rule cards ranking the top failing rules, a by-event flat table for row-level investigation, and a detailed view that groups events by invoice. Each rule code is decorated with the human description extracted from the bundled Schematron files. Filter by category (UBL / Integration), severity, document key; the Unmatched only checkbox keeps the original orphan-error view one click away. The detailed view exports every event in scope, even collapsed ones.
Notifications
Portal inbox for status-change alerts emitted by NomaUBL — All / Unread tabs, mark-all-read, per-row dismiss, click-through to the linked invoice. Combined with the navbar bell that polls every 30 s and previews the last six entries, the page is the read-side of the notification system shipped in 2026.05.3.
AI Capabilities
Embedded AI assistant for NomaUBL — answers questions about how the product works using the public documentation, and answers questions about your own data (invoices, lifecycle history, validation errors, e-reporting runs) through a small set of read-only tools. Streams replies, surfaces every tool call, supports French and English.
